We aim to fulfill your order 2-3 days after your order is placed. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Select the shipping option you want (based on price and speed), and proceed to payment. Note that the time range given for each shipping option is the time it takes to ship, so give an extra 2-3 days for fulfillment. Unfortunately, as tea is relatively light yet takes up a lot of space, shipping companies will typically charge a tea package using volumetric weight, a calculation based on the dimensions of the package. This means that although you may just order 250g of tea, the final chargeable weight is actually closer to 1.5kg. Hence, shipments of tea are going to be more expensive. Here at Sipscollection, we do not bake the cost of shipping to the buyer into our prices, so it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping as detailed below.

We ship internationally, but we cannot guarantee that the package would pass through every country's customs. Check with your country's custom laws before purchasing. Sipscollection is not responsible for any packages lost due to importer's (buyer's) customs, and no refund will be provided.

Within Singapore, free shipping is offered for orders above S$50. A flat rate of S$5 is charged for standard shipping for orders up to 5kg. For standard shipping, you should receive your orders in 3-4 days maximum. If you need your teas quickly, contact us at info@sipscollection.com. However, there will be no guarantee that we can ship your teas out on the same day / next day. ~5-10g extra per small pouch/packet and ~15-20g extra per large pouch/packet is added to the net weight of the product due to the weight of the packet and oxygen absorber. Most sample packs do not contain oxygen absorbers. If your order is above 5kg in total weight (incl. weight of packet/oxygen absorber) and under S$50 in value, you will not be able to checkout. Contact info@sipscollection.com with your cart and we will quote you from there.

For worldwide shipping, Shipping is a flat rate of S$10 for orders under S$50. For orders above S$50, shipping is free.

Note that we ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any custom fees or taxes that your country applies onto the package will be shouldered by the buyer. For shipments within Singapore, there are no fees or taxes to be paid by the buyer. Also take note that if you order a large amount of tea (>500g), your parcel may be split into multiple shipments so that your shipment can go under dimension limits. By checking the policy tickbox in the cart page, you automatically agree to this and it is at the discretion of Sipscollection to split your shipment into multiple boxes. This also means that your entire shipment may not all arrive at once as the shipping company may not consolidate your shipment. We will inform you via email if your parcel will be split into multiple shipments before fulfillment. If you do not want your shipment to be split, contact info@sipscollection.com before your order is fulfilled (dispatched from warehouse), and additional shipping fees may be charged. Any fulfilled orders cannot be taken back.
